픽백 개인정보 처리방침

1. 총칙

픽백(이하 "본 앱")은 개인정보보호법 및 정보통신망 이용촉진 및 정보보호 등에 관한 법률을 준수하며, 사용자의 개인정보를 적극적으로 보호하기 위해 다음과 같은 개인정보처리방침을 운영합니다.

본 앱은 별도의 회원가입 절차 없이 무료로 제공되며, 원칙적으로 어떠한 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

2. 수집하는 개인정보

본 앱은 다음과 같은 개인정보를 일절 수집, 저장, 전송하지 않습니다:

• 사용자 식별 정보 (이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소 등)

본 앱은 다음 권한을 사용하며, 명시된 목적으로만 사용됩니다:

• 모든 파일 액세스 (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
  목적: 기기의 휴지통 폴더(예: 갤러리 휴지통) 및 접근 가능한 캐시 영역에 저장된 삭제 파일을 검색하고 복구하기 위함입니다.
  데이터 처리 위치: 전적으로 사용자 기기 내에서만. 어떤 외부 서버로도 데이터가 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 데이터 처리 위치 및 보관

본 앱이 수행하는 모든 파일 검색, 분석, 복구, 정리 작업은 전적으로 사용자의 기기 내에서만 이루어집니다.

본 앱은 인터넷 권한을 요청하지 않으며, 어떠한 외부 서버, 클라우드 서비스, 분석 도구와도 통신하지 않습니다.

사용자가 앱을 삭제하면, 로컬에 저장된 모든 데이터(즐겨찾기, 통계, 복구 기록)도 함께 삭제됩니다.

5. 자동 수집 정보

본 앱은 쿠키, 광고 식별자, 분석 도구, 크래시 리포터, 사용 통계 수집기 등 어떠한 자동 수집 메커니즘도 사용하지 않습니다.

6. 제3자 제공 및 위탁

본 앱은 어떠한 정보도 제3자에게 제공하지 않으며, 어떠한 처리도 제3자에게 위탁하지 않습니다.

7. 사용자 권리 및 행사 방법

본 앱은 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로, 개인정보보호법상 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리정지에 관한 권리가 발생하지 않습니다.

로컬에 저장된 데이터(즐겨찾기, 복구 기록 등)는 다음 방법으로 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다:

• Android 설정 → 앱 → Pixback → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제
• 또는 앱 완전 삭제

8. 정책 변경 및 문의

본 처리방침이 변경될 경우, 사전에 앱 내 공지 또는 앱 업데이트를 통해 안내드립니다.

Pixback Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Pixback ("the App") complies with applicable privacy laws and operates the following privacy policy to actively protect user privacy.

The App is provided free of charge without separate membership registration, and as a principle, does not collect any personal information.

2. Personal Information Collected

The App does NOT collect, store, or transmit any personal information:

• No user identifiers (name, email, phone number, address)
• No device identifiers (advertising ID, IMEI, MAC address)
• No location data
• No usage logs or analytics (no crash reporting, no telemetry)
• No network communication (the App does not request internet permission)

Information stored locally on the device (favorites, recovery history, statistics) remains entirely on the user's device and is never transmitted externally.

3. Permission Usage

The App uses the following permission for the stated purpose only:

• All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE)
  Purpose: To search and recover deleted files stored in the device's trash folders (e.g., Gallery trash) and accessible cache areas.
  Data processing location: Entirely within the user's device. No data is transmitted to any external server.

4. Data Processing Location and Storage

All file search, analysis, recovery, and cleanup operations performed by the App occur exclusively within the user's device.

The App does not request internet permission and does not communicate with any external server, cloud service, or analytics service.

When the user uninstalls the App, all locally stored data (favorites, statistics, recovery records) is removed together.

5. Automatic Data Collection

The App does not use any automatic data collection mechanisms including cookies, advertising identifiers, analytics tools, crash reporters, or usage statistics collectors.

6. Third-Party Sharing and Delegation

The App does not provide any information to third parties, nor does it delegate any processing to third parties.

7. User Rights and Exercise

Because the App does not collect personal information, no rights regarding access, correction, deletion, or processing suspension under privacy laws arise.

Locally stored data (favorites, recovery records, etc.) can be deleted directly through:

• Android Settings → Apps → Pixback → Storage → Clear Data
• Or by uninstalling the App entirely

8. Policy Changes and Contact

If this privacy policy changes, users will be notified in advance through in-app announcements or app updates.
